1. INTRODUCTION

Justo Technologies Private Limited ("Justo Technologies", "we", "our", or "us") is the developer of Justo Lead, the mobile application offered on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and as branded within the app (the "App"). Justo Lead is a business CRM tool. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. ABOUT THE APP

Justo Lead is a Real Estate CRM platform designed exclusively for authorized sales agents, relationship managers, and employees of real estate organizations that hold a valid subscription with Justo Technologies Private Limited. The App is not intended for use by the general public.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Account & Authentication Information

• Work email address (used for OTP-based login)
• User name, role, and organizational details

3.2 Lead / Customer Data

Users enter and manage prospect/customer information including:

• Full name, salutation
• Primary and alternate phone numbers with country codes
• Email addresses
• Location, city, and address details
• Budget range, BHK/configuration preference
• Lead source, pipeline stage, and project assignment

3.3 Communication Data

• Call logs: call timestamps, duration, and outcome notes
• Emails: subject, body, attachments
• SMS messages: content and delivery status
• WhatsApp messages: template content and delivery status

3.4 Site Visit Data

• Scheduled visit date and time
• Visit status (scheduled, completed, cancelled)
• Follow-up notes and email notifications

3.5 Task & Notes Data

• Task title, description, assignee, due date, and completion status
• Free-text notes linked to leads

3.6 Activity Log Data

Automated history of all actions performed on a lead (created, updated, called, emailed, etc.)

3.7 Device & Diagnostic Information (Automatically Collected)

• Device model and operating system version
• App version and unique device identifiers
• Crash logs and error reports
• IP address and network connectivity state

3.8 Location Data

With your explicit permission, the App may access your precise GPS location for features such as site visit location logging. Location is not collected in the background.

3.9 Microphone Access

The App accesses your device microphone to enable in-app VoIP/WebRTC calling functionality for communicating with leads.

3.0 Camera Access

The App may access your device camera to capture documents or images to attach to lead profiles or site visit records.

3.11 Push Notification Token

We collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send push notifications about lead updates, new tasks, and call alerts.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users and manage access securely via OTP
• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its CRM features
• To allow your organization's team to manage leads, tasks, site visits, and communications
• To send push notifications for task reminders and lead activity
• To enable in-app VoIP and outbound phone calling
• To support data import and export for your organization
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or selling to third parties.

5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party. Data is shared only as described below:

5.1 Within Your Organization

Lead and CRM data is accessible to other authorized users in your organization's Justo Lead account (provided by Justo Technologies Private Limited), based on role-based access permissions configured by your administrator.

5.2 Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

All sub-processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5.3 Legal Obligations

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of Justo Technologies Private Limited, Justo Lead, or our users.

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security practices:

• All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Sensitive data at rest is encrypted
• Access is controlled via role-based permissions
• Authentication uses OTP — no passwords are stored
• Regular security audits and monitoring are performed

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Please report any suspected security incidents to it@justo.co.in immediately.

7. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

All permissions are requested at runtime and can be revoked from your device Settings. Revoking certain permissions may disable associated features.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Under applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Request data portability in a machine-readable format

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
